You must provide accurate and valid information when making a booking. The main driver must meet all rental requirements and present valid documents at the time of vehicle pickup.

We reserve the right to refuse service if any required documents are missing, expired, incomplete, or invalid.

We accept multiple payment options for your convenience:

All payments must be completed before or at the time of vehicle delivery, depending on the selected booking option.

A security deposit is required for all rentals. The deposit amount may vary depending on the vehicle category.

• The deposit may be collected or authorised at the time of pickup.
• The deposit will be refunded after the rental period ends, subject to inspection and verification.
• Refund processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

The main driver and any additional drivers must provide:

• A valid driving license.
• A valid Passport or Emirates ID.
• Any additional documents required under UAE law.

All drivers must be legally eligible to drive in the United Arab Emirates.

Basic insurance is included with most rentals and may include:

• Collision Damage Waiver (CDW).
• Theft Protection (TP).

Insurance coverage remains valid only if the renter complies with all rental terms and applicable laws.

Any damage resulting from misuse, reckless driving, illegal activities, negligence, or violation of rental terms will not be covered.

The rental price does not include:

• Traffic fines.
• Salik or toll charges.
• Fuel charges.
• Parking fees.
• Child seats or additional equipment.
• Damages not covered by insurance.

The renter is responsible for all charges, penalties, and violations incurred during the rental period.

The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as provided at the time of delivery. If the fuel level is lower upon return, the customer will be charged for the difference. If the vehicle is returned with a higher fuel level, no refund or compensation will be provided for the excess fuel.

At the time of pickup, you must present:

• A valid driving license.
• A valid Passport or Emirates ID.
• Proof of payment or payment card.
• Booking confirmation or invoice.

Failure to provide the required documents may result in the vehicle not being released.

• Pickup and return times must match the confirmed booking.
• Late returns may result in additional rental charges.
• Early returns do not qualify for a refund of unused rental time.

• Free cancellation may be available if requested within the permitted cancellation period.
• Late cancellations may be subject to charges.
• No refunds will be issued in no-show cases.

A no-show includes:

• Failure to arrive at the agreed pickup time.
• Failure to provide required documents.
• Failure to provide a valid payment method.

All traffic fines, toll charges, parking penalties, and other violations incurred during the rental period are the responsibility of the renter.

If fines are received after the vehicle has been returned, we reserve the right to charge the customer for those amounts.

The renter is fully responsible for the vehicle throughout the rental period.

Any loss, damage, misuse, negligence, unauthorised use, or illegal activity involving the vehicle may result in additional charges and legal liability.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
